Change of Mind
As each item is handmade, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the item and damage
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund as appropriate in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
